At Willowbrook Garden Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden purchases. If an item isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and home decor pieces are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Willowbrook

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or bring it directly to our customer service desk in-store.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
